    ✦ General Guidelines and Information
    We will be looking for a total of 77 Contributors.
    Those will be concluded out of 51 page artists, 9 writers and 11 merch artists.
    Every applicant must be at least be 13 years old at the time of the applicationBy applying for a position as a contributor you confirm that you've read the schedule and will dedicate yourself to the project's timeline and everything included in your position.There will be no hate or anything of that nature tolerated in this project. Personal issues are not to be dragged into the zine. By applying to a position as a contributor, you are confirming that you understand these rules and agree to resolve personal issues outside of the workspace of this project. For problems concerning other contributors, you are able to consult a mod if needed.If there are links in your application that do not work or we do not have the permission to view, these will not be considered as part of your application. In case that none of your links work or none of your permissions are set right, your application will not be considered at all. Please check your links multiple times before you submit your application.

    ✦ Page artists
    Must submit at least 3 completed pieces showcasing your best work and style.Must submit a portfolio with at least 5 more new examples next to your main submissions to showcase capabilities. (This may be a link to your social media or a google drive folder or any of that nature.)At least one example or piece in your portfolio or one of your examples is required to have a background.BTS or Genshin Impact related pieces are not required but preferred as it helps our moderating team judge how well the characters would translate in your style.When applying with NSFW work, you are required to leave warnings before the link. The same goes for all kinds of gore or heavy triggers.Pieces will be judged based on an understanding of backgrounds, composition, lighting, and shading, as well as overall anatomy.

    ✦ Merch artists
    Must submit at least 3 completed pieces showcasing your best work and style.Must submit a portfolio with at least 5 more new examples next to your main submissions to showcase capabilities. (This may be a link to your social media or a google drive folder or any of that nature.)At least one example or piece in your portfolio or one of your examples is required to have a background.BTS or Genshin Impact related pieces are not required but preferred as it helps our moderating team judge how well the characters would translate in your style.When applying with NSFW work, you are required to leave warnings before the link. The same goes for all kinds of gore or heavy triggers.If the applicant already sells merch, it is highly recommended to link those or to showcase examples of it. However, it is not necessary to already have produced merch.Pieces will be judged based on an understanding of composition and style.

    ✦ Writers
    Must submit at least 3 pieces that best showcase your style and skill in grammar and spelling.Your first example should be your most important one. This one has to stay in the word count of 2.5k - 3k words - it must be easy to follow, show your writing style clearly, and be correct in regards of spelling and grammar. (You may include a short summary containing of max. two sentences before your sample when submitting as this will help us understand the scene and thus your writing style in a clearer form.)Your second and third example must stay within the wordcount of 1.5k - 2k words. The same rules for the first sample apply to these as well.Please keep the word count of your pieces as close to the recommend count as you can. The highest variation we allow is 100 words over the count. Anything over that will not be considered.Must submit a portfolio of your different works and examples. You are required to at least provide two samples in your portfolio. These samples do not have a maximum wordcount, however be aware that we will not be reading entire stories.BTS or Genshin Impact related pieces are not required but preferred as it helps our moderating team judge how well the characters would translate in your style.When applying with NSFW work, you are required to leave warnings before the link.     ✦This is a fanzine focusing on a crossover between the mobile game 'Genshin Impact' and the Kpop Boygroup BTS. ✦

    We will be exploring the 3 different sections of the game combined with the members of BTS, including their possible designs, adventures they would have, characters they might party with in the world of Genshin Impact, and much more.

    The zine will be split into 3 main chapters, each featuring one of the main locations Mondstadt, Liyue, and Dragonspine.

    In those main chapters, we will be dividing the content again into undersections to give more variety to our project and to give the reader a feel of traveling through each location over the day.

    That means that the undersections will be based on time, split between Dawn/Morning, Lunch/Noon, and Evening/Night. This is so we are able to feature pieces throughout an entire day.

    The revenue that we will make with this project will be split 50/50 between charity and the team behind the zine, concluding of contributors and mods.

    The charity that the donation will go to is yet to be decided by the mods and the contributors.
